Passionate about simplifying workflows and enhancing efficiency behind the scenes, Pav’s always on the lookout for ways to improve, driven by her commitment to create better, smarter systems that benefit the entire team and our clients’ acquisition processes.

Dedicated to standardisation and an incredible attention to detail, Pav helps elevate Omega RE’s offering across the board.

We’re not sure how she fits it all in, but outside of work, Pav’s a busy mother of three, as well as being the Operational Director for ‘Women Who Do’, a community supporting working mothers and female entrepreneurs.
