Under Nella’s leadership, Omega RE has hit some pretty significant milestones, including becoming the first B Corp certified commercial real estate advisory firm outside of London in 2023. Not bad, eh?
Enduring partnerships are one of Nella’s key strengths – including one core client who she’s advised for over a decade. Her strategic guidance has been pivotal in their expansion from five to 34 sites across the UK, resulting in a sixfold increase in business valuation from 2022 to 2024.
She’s not just about the deals deals deals, though – Nella fosters a culture of inclusivity and innovation within Omega RE; she champions diversity through initiatives like the Strong Female Lead Initiative, which attracted over 100 attendees, and promotes gender diversity in recruitment and training. She sits on the Commercial Property Professional Panel (#CommPPG) – providing market insight and advises on RICS programmes of work, advice, training and best practice sharing for the commercial real estate sector globally.
Oh, and she also hosts the popular “Let’s Talk South Coast” podcast, which ranks in the top 5% globally and brings over 1500 attendees together at the South Coast CPS conference.
One of her proudest achievements at Omega RE is the creation of the UK’s largest clean air mural at The Bulb Southampton, a project that actively extracts CO2 from the atmosphere and repositions the development as an environmentally conscious space.
