Our work with The Bulb, a landmark building in Southampton, is a clear example of our sustainability-first mindset in action.

The building’s exterior needed attention. The conventional option? Jet washing, a more expensive, short-term fix that would require redoing in just a few years. Instead, Omega RE proposed an innovative solution: a CO₂-absorbing mineral silicate paint, specifically Keim Soldalit-ME, this is a mineral-based paint that not only refreshes the building but also reduces air pollution by breaking down CO₂ and harmful pollutants, all while lasting significantly longer than conventional alternatives, meaning lower maintenance costs over time.

In short: a cleaner, greener, and more cost-effective solution completely aligned with our B Corp values and our commitment to smarter, more sustainable commercial property decisions.
