Our Approach

Omega RE delivered full tenant representation, led lease negotiations, and coordinated in-house building surveying and Licence to Alter preparation. Using our internal surveying resource accelerated reporting, enabling swift, informed decision-making and programme certainty.

The Challenges

The site’s planning history was incomplete. Working with external specialists, we assessed the risks, briefed the client, and advised to proceed on a fully informed basis.

The Result

The acquisition completed as per agreed date, in conjunction with the client’s three parallel transactions. The programme ran from first viewing to occupation in three months, meeting all operational and timing requirements.
