It’s hard to believe it’s already been a month.
Moving into our new Omega RE Workspace Innovation Hub was meant to be a milestone. What we didn’t fully anticipate was how quickly it would become something more a catalyst for clarity.
Space changes behaviour.
And in our case, it’s given us the environment to pause, reflect, and ask the questions that often get lost in the day to day:
- What do we stand for?
- Where do we add the most value?
- And who do we want to build that future with?
Not a Showroom. A Working Environment.

From day one, this was never intended to be a static display.
The Innovation Hub is a live workspace, used daily for client meetings, design discussions, and strategic conversations. It’s where ideas are tested, challenged, and implemented in real time.
Clients don’t just hear about solutions here.
They experience them.
That distinction matters.
Because in today’s market, the gap between strategy and delivery is where most value is lost.
What We’ve Been Seeing
Over the past few weeks, one thing has become increasingly clear:
Businesses and landlords are rethinking how space performs.
Not just how it looks, but how it works, how it supports growth, and how it delivers value.
And yet, many are still navigating:
- Disconnected strategies
- Underperforming assets
- Decisions made in silos
That’s where we come in, aligning strategy, leasing, and delivery into one joined up approach that stays embedded until it performs.
Why We’re Opening This Up
Alongside this, we’ve been running an active LinkedIn campaign around what we represent.
Not what we do, but why we do it.
And it’s led to a lot of conversations.
Some inspiring. Some challenging. Some that reinforced something I feel strongly about:
Trust and reputation matter, more than ever.
Maybe it’s because I’ve spent 22 years building mine.
But I’ve found myself saying it more explicitly than I ever have before.
Because in a market that can sometimes feel transactional, we are intentionally building something different.
We are building for the long term.
We are building for legacy.

A Call for the Right Partners
This is where the Innovation Hub evolves.
We are now inviting a small number of innovation partners to become part of this environment.
Not just to showcase products, but to:
- Be part of real client conversations
- Contribute to live projects
- Collaborate on ideas that actually get delivered
From workplace technology and sustainability to furniture, materials, and wellbeing solutions, this is about bringing the best thinking into one place.
But more importantly, it’s about alignment.
We’re not looking for everyone.
We’re looking for those who:
- Value trust as much as performance
- Care about outcomes, not just outputs
- Want to build something that lasts
Because this isn’t about filling a space.
It’s about shaping what comes next.
