Omega RE has advised leading publishing group Hachette UK on its new office space in Chichester city centre.
Hachette UK, one of the UK’s largest publishing groups, has taken the entire first floor at Midland House, 1 Market Avenue, on a new seven-year lease. The suite extends to 3,329 sq ft (309 sq m).
Acting on behalf of Hachette, Omega RE supported the acquisition of this well-located, high-quality accommodation in central Chichester.
The deal was completed with Flude Property Consultants acting for the landlord.
