My name is Pavlina, and I am very proud to be part of Omega RE’s growing family, providing varied business support.
Prior to being apart of Omega RE journey I had a successful and busy career in Hamble, Hampshire, working as a Project and Operations Manager for an aerospace company. I worked within FTSE 100 companies for over 14 years, including GE Aviation and GE Healthcare, supporting various key stakeholders across different projects.
On my corporate journey, I got introduced to Facilities & Asset Management and fell in love with optimisation of workplaces. We’re talking cost effective ways of working, creative thinking, and cross-functional team management.
Fast forward to 2020, I had just become a mother for the first time and decided to leave it all behind and set up my own business as a virtual assistant, Virtual Sense. My goal was to carry on utilising the skills I had gained, have a say in who I work with, and create a better work/life balance for myself and my family.
This was the point I discovered Nella and Omega RE over on LinkedIn. A career driven woman who has taken the plunge to start her own business alongside raising her son. Her drive is so contagious!
We share the same personal and business values, therefore the opportunity to work together was a no-brainer!
Nella has opened a whole new world of commercial real estate to me. There are so many aspects to the running a commercial real estate brokerage from understanding the industry demands to nurturing clients’ needs. Nella’s is a bottomless pit of ideas – continuously evolving and is one step ahead of the competition.
