Current Vacancies

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Sales & Business Development Lead

Generator to uncover and convert new business opportunities. The role will focus on identifying businesses approaching lease expiry or under lease pressure, with the intent of introducing them to our portfolio of available commercial premises.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with commercial acumen, a flair for relationship-building, and the confidence to open doors through cold outreach, data- led lead generation, and in-person engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Research

• Research and build lists of target businesses with upcoming lease expiries, break clauses, relocations, or property needs.

• Use tools such as CoStar, EG Radius, LinkedIn, company press releases, and lease databases to identify potential leads.

• Monitor local planning applications and market activity to pinpoint early movers and growth-stage companies. Sales Outreach & Conversion

• Execute targeted cold calling campaigns to connect with decision-makers (e.g. office managers, real estate leads, MDs).

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and manage follow-ups to convert interest into viewings and meetings.• Set up discovery calls and site tours for senior agents and directors. Networking & Relationship Building

• Attend local business events, trade shows, networking meetups, and breakfast briefings to build connections.

• Represent Omega RE professionally and proactively, always looking for off- market opportunities or early signals.

• Build and maintain a CRM of prospects with detailed notes, pipeline stages, and conversion tracking.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with our commercial agents and marketing team to align outreach with live instructions and campaigns.

• Provide weekly reports on lead generation activity, results, feedback, and conversion metrics.

• Share insights on market trends, occupier needs, and competitor positioning.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in sales, telesales, business development, or lead generation – ideally in commercial property, recruitment, or B2B services.

• Confident communicator with excellent phone and interpersonal skills.

• Strong research and CRM skills; able to manage your own pipeline effectively.

• Tenacious and results-driven, with a natural curiosity and a “hunter” mindset.

• Interest in commercial real estate and understanding of lease events a strong advantage.
